I have studied computer science at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, where I also wrote my bachelor thesis in the area of algorithms and bioinformatics. Then, I have spent half a year in Finland, where I worked as a software engineer at Syncron Tech Oy. After I had returned to Germany, I took business administration as a minor field of study and wrote my master thesis about automatic question answering at the Ubiquitous Knowledge Processing Lab. Currently, I‘m a PhD student there and investigate different topics of language technology.
I‘m also a proprietor of HESCOM-Software and provide eCommerce software solutions for book sellers. As a freelancer, I have also completed multiple Web projects and learned accounting and marketing.
On a private side, I am interested in (amongst others) photography and travelling.
